Marconi's

1138 Worcester Road (Route 9 East), Framingham, Ma. 508-370-0065

Marconi's is a great new Italian restaurant and lounge in Framingham. The folks there are really great and the food is excellent! It's a great place to take a date, have a first rate Italian meal, and hear some great blues (provided by yours truely!)

Sometimes Jeff outshines the band. Go Bob!!! Keep going Bob!!! Charley was one of the best bartenders we've ever encountered! This is Bob's sister, Linda, and her posse Dave and Rich.
This guy was keeping Debra's boyfriend warm for her. Debra KNOWS how to shake that tambourine!!! Put your hands togetha!!! Lookin' pretty sultry there, girl! I think Debra's in love!
Rockin'!!! Doris and Mary sharing a moment. Debra may just need to get a room. These happy folks were enjoying the great food and the great music! Mary Hennesey is a bass player too! (We bass players gotta stick together!)

Jake's Dixie Roadhouse

220 Moody St., Waltham, Ma. 781-894-4BBQ (4227)

Jake's Dixie Roadhouse, is always a fun place to play. Their motto is BBQ, Blues and Ice Cold Brews, and they mean it! The food is great, the room is friendly, and the crowd always inspires the band to play our best. Here are a few pictures from our last gig there (see if you can spot the BarBeCuties...).

The front of Jake's Dixie Roadhouse in Waltham. Everyone's having a good time at the bar! Bar-B-Cuties!!! Shakin' his groove thang! Bob and Debra in front of Jake's.
Julie's working hard! The lovely and talented Debra. Dudes hangin' out. Erin was AWESOME playing Mustang Sally! Folks hangin' at the bar.

Concord Rod & Gun Club

Nestled next to a lake in the woods outside of Concord, the Rod & Gun Club has a beautiful facility. Once or twice a year, they open it up to the public as part of membership recruitment. They feature outdoor cooking, archery, target shooting (naturally), and BackBeat Blues. It was a little disconcerting having our tunes punctuated by rifle fire...but it was a great afternoon. Let us play a member event for your organization!

The band jammin'! In the beautiful lake setting of
the Concord Rod and Gun Club. There must be something interesting going on over there! '...but I still got the blues for you...' Nice angle shot!
OK, I'm starting to get dizzy now. Blackmail shot of the beer stand.
(Send those checks to...just kidding!) Bob paying off one of the local girls...no, no, just kidding! That's his wife, Amy...taking all of his money!
(Have you heard Bob sing 'Poor Man's Relief'?) We have to put orange cones out at every gig!
Sometimes we're a dangerous band! Hey big boy!
Why don't you come up and see me sometime!
I TOLD you we should've paid a little extra
to get the GOOD seats! A lot of birds and squirrels enjoy BackBeat Blues. Bob has been spending a little TOO
much time down at the Gospel Church. The famous Raymond Dexter Corso
sits in with the band! Sal, layin' it down at the Gun Club.
'Many people don't know that Abe Lincoln
was actually born in this here log cabin.' The band providing a little walkin' music
for the 'Great Cake Walk Giveaway'.

Payson Park Music Festival

Every summer, the town of Belmont hosts a series of outdoor concerts on Wednesday nights. The concerts are held in Payson Park and showcase a different band or musical group each week. For the third consecutive year, we were privileged to play a concert. As you can see, the crowd was very different (and in some cases, MUCH younger) than our usual club crowd -- and you can see that we were a real hit with the five-and-under crowd!

Go Bob!!! Yeah, we all sing...except Sal,
he lays down the groove! Gee, I hope the neighbors don't call the cops! We're a big hit with the under-five crowd! The groupies lining up!
Debra, at least wait till Sal's ready before you start! Dean, our temporary roadie. Gettin' kinda dark, but we were still rockin' hard! Babe...I got you babe... Thank goodness Bob wore his red shoes! Otherwise, we would've NEVER found our way out of the park after dark!

The Horseshoe Cafe

226 Main Street, North Reading, Ma. 508-664-3591

This is one of our regular gigging spots. The 'Shoe has a great Texas BBQ thing going on, so we always come early and grab a heapin' helpin'!

Our Lovely Banner. Giggling Booth Girls. Man this girl could really dance! Debra makes a lot of friends at our gigs. Sal, The Groove-Meister!
Joe and Eileen are our favorite regulars at the 'Shoe! Dancers!!!
